As per the National Skill Development Mission Document, as much as 97 percent of the workforce in India has not undergone formal skill training. Skilled manpower is what makes the manufacturing sector more progressive in any country. More skilled the people are more the productivity, be it IT, Service Industry, Manufacturing or Farming. The fast-evolving technology is giving us something new every day to explore and implement into our own different fields, so till the time we are not skilled enough to make use of that invention we`ll be left behind and will be less productive. We need to train, educate and empower the disoriented workforce of Uttarakhand, especially in the field of agriculture and hospitality.
